Hi Pro, I have a problem with a rc car Tamiya model, please I need your help.
I buy for my son in Christmas a Tamiya Sand Scorcher. I have used the speed controller that comes with the car (TEU-104BK). I have also used an old transmitter Prafa Monza 2 of 40Mhz that it had working perfectly in a car with explosion engine.
I have programmed the speed controller like it indicates in the manual. Everything works well, but very often the car runs at full speed forward having the transmitter throttle trigger in the neutral point.
I have proven to place the speed controller and the receiver moved away in different point thinking of possible interferences, but I am not able to solve the problem. I am desperate and my son also.
Please you that have experience in rc Tamiya, like I can solve this problem?

Hi Frank,
I would try replacing, or try another transmitter as you have an old one. If that doesn't work then it's the ESC that's faulty.
