The Tamiya F2 cars always seemed like budget kits to me. Because they were very cheap! And came in tiny box's.

A simple 3 piece chassis, Consisting of the main alloy chassis plate running along under the 2 plastic chassis parts. One being the main tray holding all the radio & battery. The other was the front tray/uprights to hold the steering servo & axles. Simple!

The body has all the detail & has the part alloy rear wing like most of the early Tamiya F1 & F2 cars. Very fragile!
