Question: I have a quattro body shell that is in excellent condition but has been painted to a very poor standard, whats the best way to strip paint off of a lexen type shell without it going cloudy or possibly damaging it?

The wise one answers:

I've used nitro fuel before and it worked pretty well on a Hotshot body. I have read good things though about De-Solv-It graffiti remover although i haven't tried it yet. They advertise it as polycarbonate friendly and it won't cloud the surface. If you're in the UK it's available from many places, Screwfix seem do 1 litre for £9.63 last time i checked.
