every time i take my carson super attack out i get interference and the throttle jams on for a few seconds,currently running acoms 40 mhz, if i turn to 2.4 can i still use the acoms servo. look forward to hearing from you

Try changing the motor, receiver eye. One at a time until you know what's faulty. Yes you can use your servos with the 2.4ghz.
