Hi Prof, just wondered if i could tap you for some of that wonderful knowledge again.
Do you know if there are any Hop up K1 and K8 parts for the BF and MB, these are the plastic steering knuckles that snap at the steering rod ball end. Have seen some pics of guys MB and BF with some yellow replacement ones and also have seen I think it was a CRP white plastic block one that although looks to be much stronger, doesn't really look that good. but may be the only alternative. i was also thinking that the frog and brat steering knuckles may be compatible as they are the same at the metal bracket mounting it to the front end. But just wondered if there is a direct replacement part that doesn't require me tracking down all the parts for the frog and brat solution |

The wise one answers:
There are only aftermarket ugly nylon ones that i'm aware of although back in the day i remember making some aluminium ones by hand that turned out pretty good and looked pretty much the same as original. There may be other options but the stub axle length will limit you. |
