what do u think , i have a carson attack was 27 mhz changed it to 2.4 because it was gettin interference and going out of control.now being 2.4 it still has a mind of its own, now my question is can i do away with the failsafe. failsafe was removed and the car didnt start. anyway round it, cheers

No, i would stick with the failsafe. I have also had issues with 2.4 radios, have no range for some reason and once it's beyond range anything can happen. I have tried putting the receiver in a plastic box and that seemed to help a little. This was Acoms stuff though and not Carson.
