Hi skid just rebuilt a sand rover as a runner the gearbox how strong are they was going to fit a Tamiya black sport motor ball raced it already i like to run all my cars so will be used on the beach this summer on my hols sand in the gearbox is my second concern try and make some kind of cover? or leave as is do you think thank you for your help as always p.s whens the next dvd out? |

That motor should be fine my friend. But a motor cover would be a great idea! Some people on Tamiya Club have done them. I'd get some lexan or an old body shell and just melt it over the gearbox drilling holes and screwing it down. I don't know about the next DVD, shory! |
